Javna agencija SPIRIT Slovenija in Ministrstvo za gospodarski razvoj in tehnologijo v sodelovanju z ODPRTIMI HIŠAMI SLOVENIJE ter ostalimi partnerji organizira največjo konferenco na področju trajnostne gradnje in nepremičnin. V okviru konference, ki bo potekala 5. novembra 2015 v Ljubljani bodo v dopoldanskem delu potekala predavanja in predstavitve, popoldanski del pa bo namenjen ogledu in predstavitvi dobrih praks na treh izbranih lokacijah.

Največja konferenca na področju trajnostne gradnje in nepremičnin - »PRILOŽNOSTI V TRAJNOSTNEM GRADBENIŠTVU«

Javna agencija SPIRIT Slovenija in Ministrstvo za gospodarski razvoj in tehnologijo v  sodelovanju z ODPRTIMI HIŠAMI SLOVENIJE organizirajo največjo konferenco na področju trajnostne gradnje in nepremičnin.

Konferenca bo prikazala prednosti celovitega pristopa k trajnostnemu gradbeništvu, ki upošteva širši spekter ukrepov pri financiranju, načrtovanju, izgradnji, upravljanju in vzdrževanju nepremičnin. V konferenčnem delu bodo predstavljeni inovativni pristopi k različnim segmentom trajnostnega gradbeništva. Drugi del konference pa bo namenjen ogledu primerov realiziranih objektov.

Udeleženci bodo skozi lastno izkušnjo prepoznali prednosti celovitega pristopa trajnostnega gradbeništva, ki bistveno zvišuje kakovost bivalnega okolja in vrednost novih ter prenovljenih stavb na trgu.

Cilj konference je izobraževanje in povezovanje različnih predstavnikov, s področja gradbeništva ter iskanje konkretnih predlogov za uvedbo kriterijev za trajnostno gradnjo v Sloveniji.

CILJNA PUBLIKA: Zasebni in javni vlagatelji, podjetniki v lesni in gradbeni industriji,  nepremičninah, IKT, upravniki stavb, župani, javna uprava - oddelki za prostor in stavbe, cenilci nepremičnin, projektanti,...

Predavanja bodo potekala v slovenskem oz. angleškem jeziku. Prevod bo zagotovljen v angleški jezik.

Lenka Kavičič and Ana Struna Bregar are both architects, critics and event managers. Lenka Kavčič

was Vice Dean of the Faculty of Design in Ljubljana between the 2009 and 2013. Ana Struna Bregar was director of House of Architecture by the Chamber of Architecture and Spatial Planning of Slovenia between 2009 and 2013. In 2013 they founded a private institute aFront, which means: good ideas have to go and front of the others, through which they organize several different projects. They run the biggest Slovene architectural and real estate festival Open house Slovenia and are member of international network Open House Worldwide. With consulting, communication, promotion and organization of the events, their institution encourages invest

ors and customers to use excellent sustainable architectural solutions. Thea are active members in Green Building Council Slovenia and also members of the board. In 2012, the Open house Slovenia project got the highest Slovene architectural award Plecnik’s Medal. In 2013, they got the same Plecnik’s medal also for educating children about architecture – for the project Playful architecture. In 2015, they made the interior design for the first Slovene Puppet Museum in Ljubljana

Marcus Kottinger, * 1974 in Salzburg – Business Informatics, started his carrier at IBM in 1995 as technical consultant in the automtove industry.

From 1998 onwards Mr. Kottinger changed to the Bank- and Insurancesector, where he was assinged as project manager on several IT projects. One of them at Raiffeisen Bank International dealing with the standardisation of the Controlling process triggered by the companies expansion in Central-, Southeast Europe (CEE) and some countries in the comonweth of independent states. Starting with 2008 Mr. Kottinger moved to Siemens in the Energy- and Building-management sector. With the experiance out of the previous CEE projects, he implemented the controlling department for CEE. In 2013 this standardization project was extended to the region Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). With the experiance of previous process- and energy performance measurement Projects, Mr. Kottinger returned 2014 to IBM. In his current role he supports customer who are acting in the Energy, Utility and Infrastructure (Smart City) business and are located in the DACH and CEE region.

Prof. Dr. Pablo Collazzo has an extensive academic and professional experience in the sustainable competitiveness and strategic finance fields. He is currently Professor at the

Vienna University of Economics. A former Rector of Universidad del Pacífico in Ecuador, he was also Chair of the Institute for Responsible Competitiveness at Nyenrode University in the Netherlands. Prior to that, he was Director of Academic Affairs at the European Academy of Business in Society, after a career in investment banking and strategy consulting. He has served as board member/advisor to a number of companies and remains Senior Advisor in Sustainable Competitiveness to the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).

His academic background is in law and economics, with graduate studies at Boston University (MBA) and ESADE (PhD). His teaching, research and consultancy are on strategy, sustainability, strategic finance and leadership. He is an Affiliate Faculty and Council Chair of the Competitiveness network at Harvard Business School, held visiting positions at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, ESADE and the University of St. Gallen and is a regular speaker to diverse audiences on competitiveness, leadership and sustainability.

Dr. Manja Kitek Kuzman je zaposlena na Univerzi v Ljubljani Biotehniški fakulteti  Oddelku za lesarstvo. Študijsko se je izpopolnjevala pri prof. J. Nattererju na Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne v Švici in prof. R. Schweitzerju, Ecole d'Architecture de Paris-Tolbiac v Franciji. Znanstveno in strokovno deluje na področju lesenih konstrukcij, inovativne rabe lesa, notranje opreme in dizajna. Izdala je več monogarfij, nazadnje pri založbi Springer Wood in Contemporary Slovenian Architecture. Je slovenski vodja evropskega projekta Wood Wisdom: What We Wood Believe (W3B).

  Dr. Andreja Kutnar je zaposlena na Univerzi na Primorskem, na Inštitutu Andrej Marušič, kjer je predstojnica Oddelka za tehnologijo in pomočnica direktorja za mednarodne odnose. Dr. Andreja Kutnar je koordinatorica projekta Center odličnosti za raziskave in inovacije na področju obnovljivih materialov in zdravega bivanjskega okolja (InnoRenew CoE), ki je financiran v okviru programa Obzorja 2020 Teaming. Andreja Kutnar je tudi vodja COST Akcije FP1407 “Understanding wood modification through an integrated scientific and environmental impact approach (ModWoodLife).

Trajnostna gradnja in prenova vzgojno izobraževalnih projektov

Marija Fabčič se od sredine 90-ih ukvarja z organizacijo in financiranjem predšolske vzgoje in je vključena v različne komisije za oblikovanje slovenske zakonodaje. Od leta 2007 vodi Oddelek za predšolsko vzgojo in izobraževanje Mestne občine Ljubljana, kjer so sistematično začeli pospeševati razvojno naravnanost vrtcev in šol ter nevladnih organizacij, poleg izvajanja javnih programov v rednih oddelkih vrtcev in šol pa posebno skrb namenjajo otrokom iz ranljivih skupin, nadarjenim učencem in dijakom. Na oddelku so posebej ponosni na ustanovitev dveh novih centrov – Družinskega centra na Mali ulici in Izobraževalnega centra Pika za strokovne delavce za otroke s posebnimi potrebami. Oba projekta se pridružujeta številnim projektom, ki s pretanjenim občutkom izboljšujejo prostor za otroke v vrtcih in šolah, nedvomno pa so k boljšim bivalnim pogojem prispevale energetske prenove.

Tomaž Vuk has been working in Salonit Anhovo since 1995. At the moment he works as Management Board Member responsible for technical field – production, maintenance, R&D, quality control, environment, technology and safety.

He studied chemistry at University of Ljubljana and finished undergraduate program in 1995. In the same year he started as a R&D engineer in Salonit Anhovo and he also

started with his M. Sc. study at the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology, University of Ljubljana. He finished his M. Sc. in 1998. In 1999 he started doctoral study which he finished in 2001. His postgraduate study was partially financed by the Slovenian government. In 2002 he got the position of Assistant Technical Manager in Salonit and he was responsible for R&D and technology development. From 2006 to 2009 he worked as a Head of RQE in Salonit Anhovo (R&D, quality and environmental department). From 2009 he had a position of Assistant Technical Manager . Since August 2012 he is a Management Board Member.

From 2004 till 2009 he had been active as a member of investment team responsible for reconstruction and renovation of cement clinker production line in Salonit. In the team Tomaž Vuk has been responsible for process technology. Tomaž Vuk was also involved in the procedure of IPPC permit for cement plant renovation.

In the last few years he has been intensively active also in the field of alternative fuels. He is involved in the projects of cement plant upgrade related to alternative fuels use. He is a member of Technical Working Group for Alternative Fuels at Slovenian Institute for Standardization and from 2014 is in the position of its president.

In 2011 he entered International executive MBA program at IEDC Bled School of Management and finished it in 2012.

He published some important scientific papers that represent state of the art in the field of cement research and are frequently quoted by other authors. He collaborate with plenty of research institutions like Faculty for Chemistry at University of Ljubljana, National institute of Chemistry in Ljubljana and many others. From 2004 till 2009 he was involved in an international network for research in the field of cement called NANOCEM.

As an expert is active in many associations like Slovenian Chamber of Commerce, Slovenian Institute for Standardization, Slovenian Association for Concrete and Cembureau. As a member of Technical Working Group for Cement, Lime and Magnesium Oxide (CLM) at European IPPC Bureau in Sevilla he was involved in the preparation of last version of Reference Document on Best Available Techniques in CLM.

Currently Tomaž Vuk is a president of SLOCEM (Slovenian cement association) and a Board member of CEMBUREAU (Europen cement association).

Tomaž Vuk was a member of the board of Slovenian Building and Civil Engineering Institute from Ljubljana from 2006 till 2010. Between 2008 and 2012 he has been a member of supervisory board of Komunala d.d. from Nova Gorica.
